Rachel Smyth

Rachel Smyth currently serves as the Assistant Director of Programmes (Outpatients) at NHS England and NHS Improvement since February 2021, alongside being the Managing Director of Yellow Corner Limited since January 2019, where business and management consultancy services are offered. With extensive experience in Health, Local Government, and various government departments, Rachel also holds non-executive director responsibilities at GriffinOT and is a member of the Independent Monitoring Board for Yarl's Wood IRC. Previous roles include Senior Manager at Optimity Advisors, Principal Consultant at Methods Advisory Ltd, and Senior Health and Social Care Consultant at Mott MacDonald. Rachel's academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Social Innovation from Cambridge Judge Business School, an MSc in Health Services/Systems Research from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, and a BA in Social Policy with Economics from Goldsmiths, University of London.
