Jim Hannon

Jim Hannon is an experienced labor relations professional currently serving as a Labor Relations Contract Administrator for the Independent Pilots Association since May 2014, where responsibilities include managing the grievance department and overseeing case analysis and discussions with the company. Previously, Jim held various positions at UPS from 2000 to May 2014, including Crew Scheduling Training, Compliance & Standards Supervisor and Crew Scheduling Operational Supervisor, focusing on training, operational oversight, and compliance with FAA regulations. Additional experience includes working as an agent for Carlson Travel from 1997 to 1999. Jim Hannon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social & Behavioral Science from Indiana University Southeast and a Master of Science in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, along with executive education from Harvard Law School in May 2023.
