Rebecca O'Toole

Rebecca O'Toole is a Research Analyst at Independent Project Analysis since August 2021, with prior experience as a Research Assistant at Penn State University from August 2019 to May 2021 and at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from September 2018 to August 2019, focusing on the chemical improvement of plant fiber structures for carbon fiber composites.
