Jesus David Pineda Sotres

Jesus David Pineda Sotres has extensive work experience in various technology leadership roles. Jesus David is currently the VP Head of Technology at Independent Purchasing Cooperative since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Dealer Services at JM Family Enterprises, Inc. from 2021 to 2023. Jesus David also worked as the Sr. Director ERP Solutions at Costa Farms from 2018 to 2021. Before that, they held the position of SVP & CIO Private Banking International at Banco Santander from 2014 to 2017. Jesus David has also worked at Bacardi as a Global IT Director - Commercial from 2002 to 2014, at Nielsen as an IT Director Mexico, CA & Caribbean from 2001 to 2002, and at Procter & Gamble as an IT Section Manager LA from 1991 to 1999. In these roles, they have displayed expertise in strategic planning, budget management, project management, and implementation of various technology solutions.

Jesus David Pineda Sotres has an extensive education history. In 1986, they graduated from Tecnológico de Monterrey with an Engineer degree in Computer Systems. Following this, they pursued further studies at the same institution and completed an MBA in Business Administration & Finance from 1992 to 1995.

In 2005, Jesus David attended the University of Virginia Darden School of Business to obtain a Certificate in the Bacardi Leadership Programme. This program focused on various areas including Leadership, Strategic Planning, Operations, Marketing, and Finance. Additionally, during the same year, they participated in the Same Executive Programme at IESE Business School, a joint program developed in collaboration with the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
