Craig Holmes

Craig Holmes serves as a Board of Directors Member and Audit Committee Chairman at Independent Bank Group, Inc. since February 2013. As a co-founder and board member at Leopard Mobility and founder and president of Trinidad Interests LLC, Holmes has extensive entrepreneurial experience. Holmes has held significant leadership roles in the finance sector, including President, Co-CEO, and CFO of Global Power Equipment Group and Executive Vice President and CFO of Digital Generation/Sizmek. Additional positions include EVP & CFO at Quickoffice, and consultant to the CEO and Board of Directors at Enfora. Holmes also contributed to Dallas Summer Musicals as a Board of Directors Member and Executive Committee Member. With a BBA and MS in Accounting from Texas Tech University, Holmes brings a robust financial acumen to diverse industries and organizations.
