Elias N. El-Chemali has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. ELIAS is currently Vice President at INDEVCO Group, where they are responsible for overseeing manufacturing plants, driving improvements, managing metrics, and leading strategic development and execution. Prior to this role, they served as Senior Director Manufacturing at INDEVCO Group for eight years.

Before joining INDEVCO Group, Elias was Managing Director - Partner at AIMS S.A.R.L in Lebanon. ELIAS also held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Plastique Nordique.

Earlier in their career, Elias worked as Deputy General Manager at Masterpak S.A.L., where they were responsible for recruitment and training, strategic and business planning, and resource allocation. ELIAS began their career as an Internship Trainee at ZARM.

ELIAS N. EL-CHEMALI MBA, BEng completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in CCE from the American University of Beirut, between 1992 and 1997. ELIAS later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from ESCP Business School, from 2003 to 2004. Additionally, ELIAS N.
