Allyn Finegold

Senior Program Manager and Director of Philanthropy at Index Analytics

Allyn Finegold has over 25 years of experience in program management, consulting, and policy analysis. Allyn is currently working as the Senior Program Manager and Director of Philanthropy at Index Analytics LLC, where they manage programs for Federal health agencies and creates education partnerships to promote education equity. Prior to this, they were a Senior Consultant in the Federal Health Care Market as an independent contractor. Allyn also served as a Senior Manager at CSRA Inc, leading health programs and solutions for Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) contracts. Allyn has extensive experience at SRA International, holding various roles including Program Director, Principal/Practice Area Lead, and Project Manager/Policy Analyst, where they managed contracts, led successful proposal development efforts, and developed strategy papers and policy briefs. Allyn began their career at the National Governors' Association, working as a Senior Policy Analyst and managing projects on environmental issues in cooperation with Federal agencies and Governors' staff.

Allyn Finegold began their education journey in 1983 at Tufts University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. They attended Tufts University from 1983 to 1987.

After completing their undergraduate degree, Allyn Finegold furthered their education by pursuing a Masters in Public Administration at American University. They attended American University from 1989 to 1991.

In 2022, Allyn Finegold enrolled in an Executive Education program called the Women and Leadership Academy, offered by The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School. The program was completed in the same year.

In addition to their formal education, Allyn Finegold has obtained two certifications. In April 2019, they received the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute. Furthermore, in June 2020, they obtained the Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist (SA) certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
