Issam Ashur

Issam Ashur has a diverse range of work experience. Issam began their career as a Civil Engineering Intern at Arabtec Construction LLC in 2011. In 2012, they worked as a Summer Analyst at A.T. Kearney. From 2013 to 2017, they served as a Management Consultant at Deloitte UK. Since 2017, they have been with Converge, starting as a Business Development Manager and later being promoted to Head Of International Business Development.

Issam Ashur began their education at Dubai College, where they attended from 2002 to 2009. Issam then pursued a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Civil Engineering at Imperial College London, completing their studies from 2009 to 2013. In 2020, they obtained a CORe (Credential of Readiness) from Harvard Business School Online. Additionally, they received a certification in Elements of AI from the University of Helsinki in May 2020.
