Julia Teskey

Julia Teskey has over 30 years of work experience in accounting and finance. Julia began their career in 1989 as the Controller at Glas-Craft. In 2007, they joined Rolls-Royce as a Senior Accountant, where they provided G/L controller responsibilities, reconciled intercompany accounts, and coordinated the process excellence/compliance system/continuous improvement program for the North American Finance Service Center. In 2014, Julia moved to Borg Warner as a Senior Financial Analyst, where they provided product line profitability reports, global cash analysis and reporting, and support for all treasury functions. In 2017, they joined Deflecto LLC as a Senior Accountant, providing calculation, support, and journal entry calculation for all rebate programs, and updating calculations based on sales and new rebate programs. Most recently, in 2018, Julia joined INDEX Corporation as a Senior Staff Accountant, where they were part of the SAP Implementation team to convert the ERP system from BAAN. Julia also analyzed data from BAAN and prepared it for import into SAP, and supervised staff accountant, AP analyst, AR analyst, and fixed asset accountant.

Julia Teskey obtained their Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Case Western Reserve University between 1980 and 1984. Julia then went on to receive their Master of Business Administration in Continuous Improvement from Indiana University Bloomington between 1992 and 1995. In 2016, they obtained their Duolingo Spanish Fluency: Elementary (Estimated) certification from Duolingo.
