Amol J.

Amol J. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They started their career at Digital Synergy (Paprikaas Studio) in 2000, working as a Production and Senior Faculty. They then joined Arena Multimedia as a Production and Senior Faculty in 2001. In 2002, they worked as a Graphic Designer at Patson Enterprises before moving on to DSK Infotech as a Graphic Designer and Animator in 2003. From 2004 to 2006, they worked at Brainvisa Technologies as a Senior Artist and UI Designer. In 2006, they joined Aptara as a Sr. Artist (Lead Designer) and achieved the Silver Award in the '2009 Brandon Hall Excellence in Learning Awards' for a project called 'Thomson Reuters' Data feed Access Management Training'. After Aptara, they joined Sumo Video Games in 2009 as a Sr. Artist (Level III), where they were responsible for the games' UI/UX art development for multiple platforms. They then worked at Capgemini from 2015 to 2021, first as a Senior Consultant and later as a Manager, where they advocated for optimal user experiences, conducted usability tests, and translated requirements into visual concepts. In 2022, they worked at Pavilion as a UX | UI Designer, where they were responsible for understanding requirements, creating prototypes and wireframes, and delivering them to development teams. Their most recent role, starting in December 2022, is as a UX Engineer at Index Engines.

Amol J. completed a Diploma in Advanced Computer Arts (DACA) from the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) in the year 2000.
