Iyona Yu (Jia Yin)

Iyona (Jia Yin) Yu's work experience began in 2009 at TD Bank, where they worked as a Customer Service Representative until 2011. From 2011 to 2012, they served as a Customer Relations Coordinator at the same company. In 2012, they joined the JET Programme Canada as an Assistant Language Teacher, where they worked until 2016. Following that, they worked as a Business Analyst at CIBC from 2016 to 2017. Iyona (Jia Yin) then joined Cognizant as a Quality Assurance Auditor/Trainer from 2017 to 2020. Currently, they are working at Index Exchange as a Quality Control Specialist, Fraud Prevention, starting from April 2020.

Iyona (Jia Yin) Yu pursued their education at the University of Toronto from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology/East Asian Studies. In addition to their formal education, they also acquired additional certifications. In March 2020, they completed the "Data Analysis Essentials Using Excel" course offered by Udemy. Iyona (Jia Yin) also completed "The Complete SQL Bootcamp" course through Udemy in the same month and year.
