Rossana Lam

Rossana Lam has extensive experience in the technology and finance sectors, currently serving as an Agile Coach II at Index Exchange since April 2013. Rossana has held various positions at Index Exchange, including Agile Coach I, Project Manager, Senior Technical Project Coordinator, and Senior IT Business Analyst & Project Coordinator. Prior experience includes a role as a Quality Assurance Tester Co-op at Scotiabank and a Business Analyst Co-op position at RBC Royal Bank. Rossana holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Management and Information Technology from the University of Toronto Scarborough, completed in 2012.
