Santiago Pacheco

Santiago Pacheco is currently the VP of Operations at Index Fresh. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Vice President Operations at Earthbound Farm, WhiteWave Foods, and Danone Foods from January 2013 to December 2017. In this role, Pacheco was responsible for leading operations across multiple facilities and service providers. Santiago was also a key member of the mergers and acquisitions team, evaluating capacity, equipment, infrastructure, and associates.

Pacheco made several critical contributions during their time as Senior Vice President Operations. Santiago decreased the employee safety injury rate and minimized worker compensation losses by recruiting and hiring an exceptional environmental health and safety (EH&S) manager. Santiago also cut costs by escalating the plastic extrusion capacity and by outsourcing dry fruit packing as part of a co-manufacturing strategy. In addition, Pacheco was instrumental in expanding the warehouse, which resulted in improved efficiency and cost savings.

Santiago Pacheco has a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Science from DeVry University.
