Kira Busman is an experienced recruitment professional with a robust background in scaling talent acquisition and leadership within various organizations. Currently serving as an Advisor at Think & Grow and holding the position of VP, Exec Networks at Index Ventures, Kira previously excelled at Datadog from February 2018 to January 2023, where achievements included the 2022 People Team “Top Dog” Award and leading a team responsible for global recruiting. Kira’s career also includes roles at Stack Overflow as a Talent Executive and at Frank Recruitment Group, where leadership and team expansion were notably recognized with awards such as President's Club. Kira holds a double degree in Human Development and History from Binghamton University.
