Kalaivanan is a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Mining Engineering from AMET University, Chennai, completed in 2022. Current experience includes a position as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at India Cements Limited since February 2023. Prior to this role, Kalaivanan gained practical knowledge through internships at Neyveli Lignite Corporation India Limited and The Hutti Gold Mines Company Limited in March 2022 and November 2021, respectively. Early education includes completion of Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) at ARASUNAGAR Matriculation Higher Secondary School.
