Manali has held leadership roles in companies like Pipeline Infrastructure Limited, YES BANK, and Infinite Myriaads Pvt Ltd. Additionally, Manali has taught HR and related subjects at IILM Graduate School of Management. Manali holds a PGDM in HR & Marketing from IILM and a B.Sc. in Computer Maintenance from Aligarh Muslim University.
