Sukheswar Ghosh

Sukheswar Ghosh possesses extensive experience in the field of engineering and project management within the power sector. Currently serving as General Manager at India Power Corporation Limited since February 2017, Sukheswar oversees the commissioning and operations of ash and coal handling plants for a 3 x 150 MW thermal power plant. Prior roles include DGM at Reliance Infrastructure, where responsibilities encompassed the erection and commissioning of AHP for a 6 x 660 MW ultra mega power project, as well as senior management positions at KSK Energy Ventures Ltd. and McNally Bharat Engineering Company, focusing on commissioning and operations of various thermal power plants. Sukheswar's early career included roles as Manager at Desein Indure Group of Companies and Resident Manager at McNally Bharat, complemented by project engineering experience in diverse sectors. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Jalpaiguri Govt Engineering College.
