Rekha Chokkalingam

Rekha Chokkalingam is an accomplished professional in the fields of credit and risk management, currently serving as Associate Director and Co-head of the Commodities Sector at India Ratings & Research, a Fitch Group Company, since July 2022. Prior to this role, Rekha held key positions including Credit Head - South 1 at Equitas Small Finance Bank and Senior Vice President - Credit Head - South 1 at YES BANK. Rekha's earlier experience includes senior roles at IndusInd Bank and HDFC Bank, along with a position as Business Development Manager at Calibre Financial Services Pvt Ltd. Rekha holds an MBA in Finance and Systems from the University of Madras and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Ethiraj College for Women, also affiliated with the University of Madras.
