Varsha Pisal

Varsha Pisal is an experienced IT professional currently serving as Manager of IT Business Applications at IndiaFirst Life since May 2021, overseeing projects, products, and production support. Prior to this role, Varsha held the position of Deputy Manager and Project Lead in IT Production Support at ComUnus Technologies Pvt Ltd, managing a team of 15 and coordinating production support for multiple applications. Varsha has also contributed to Bharti AXA Life Insurance as a Senior Executive in Process and Quality Management, where responsibilities included requirement gathering, defect lifecycle management, and coordinating with developers.
