Danish Ali Khan started their work experience in 2005 as an Advocate at Delhi High Court. In 2006, they joined IndiaMART InterMESH Limited as Principal Legal Counsel - IPR & Policy Advocacy, and simultaneously held the role of Assistant Vice-President - Legal until July 2022.

Danish Ali Khan's education history includes completing an Executive Program in Corporate Regulations at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta from 2012 to 2013. DANISH ALI also took an Advanced Course in Intellectual Property Management at WIPO in 2012 and another Advanced Course in Copyright and Related Rights at WIPO in 2009. In 2008, they completed an Advanced Course in Electronic Commerce and Intellectual Property at WIPO. DANISH ALI obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights Laws from the Indira Gandhi National Open University in 2007. In the same year, they also completed a Certificate Course in Intellectual Property in the Internet Age at the Indian Law Institute. Danish earned their Master of Laws (LLM) degree from Jamia Millia Islamia in 2005. Prior to that, they completed a Diploma in Environmental Law from the Centre for Environmental Law at WWF India in 2003. In 2002, they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, Agra. DANISH ALI also holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from the same university, which they completed in 1999. Danish completed their 12th grade at St. Peter's College, Agra in 1996 and their 10th grade at the same school in 1994.
