Swati Sharma

Swati Sharma, known as Swatz, currently serves as AVP HR at Indian Energy Exchange (IEX) since September 2025. Prior to this role, Swati accumulated extensive experience at Nasscom from September 2016 to September 2025, holding positions such as Senior Manager, Senior Human Resources Business Partner, and Human Resources Manager. Swati's career also includes a tenure as Human Resources Business Partner at HCLTech between March 2013 and September 2016, where strategic HR initiatives and employee engagement programs were successfully led. Earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Consultant at Self® and as a Management Trainee at YES BANK. Swati holds an MBA from Amity University and has completed a certification in Transforming HR with Analytics and AI from the Indian School of Business.
