Richard Grooms

Richard Grooms earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and an MBA in Healthcare Management. He has been in accounting for more than 25 years and in Healthcare for the last 12. He found his calling when he was offered a controller position in an FQHC in Wisconsin. Like everyone at IHC, Richard is dedicated to increasing access to care and removing barriers to wellness. As a senior leader, he works across departments to achieve the most efficient and cost-effective way to provide and collect services.
