Ruth A. Bilder

Ruth A. Bilder, SHRM-SCP, serves as an Employee/Labor Relations Specialist and Labor Relations Officer at the Indian Health Service since August 2017. Additionally, Ruth has been a Member of the Board of Directors for CHS, Inc. since January 2009, overseeing program proposals and budget approvals. Ruth's previous roles include working as an Organizational Development Consultant from January to August 2017, advising small businesses on human resource issues, and serving as a Business Manager/Operations Manager for various enterprises from 1998 to 2008. Ruth holds a Masters of Jurisprudence in Labor & Employment Law from Tulane University Law School, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University, and two associate degrees from Tulsa Community College in Business Administration and English Language and Literature.
