Anubhav Makhija has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies. Anubhav began their career as a Food and Beverage Supervisor at The Oberoi, New Delhi in 2005. After that, they worked as a Center Manager - Capital Market at Reliance Capital from 2008 to 2010. Following this, Anubhav joined Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group where they held multiple roles, including Manager - Corporate Sales at Radisson Blu Hotel New Delhi Dwarka from 2010 to 2013, and later as Associate Director - Corporate Sales at the same hotel from 2013 to 2015. Currently, Anubhav is working at Taj Hotels as an Associate Director of Sales since 2015, and they eventually took on the role of Director of Sales & Marketing in October 2018.

Anubhav Makhija has a Bsc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from HOTEL MANAGEMENT jobs, which they obtained from 2002 to 2005. Anubhav also completed their Intermediate education at Dr. Virendra Swaroop Platinum Jubilee School from 2001 to 2002, focusing on Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. In 2017, Anubhav attended the AHLEI - American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute for a course in Marketing in the Hospitality Industry.
