Manoj Pandey is an accomplished Executive Chef with over a decade of experience at Taj Hotels since February 2012. Pandey has held various roles, including Sous Chef and Jr. Sous Chef, with expertise in seafood, Italian, Goan, and Mediterranean cuisines, particularly in the seafood specialty restaurant Morisco and the Italian restaurant Il Camino. As part of the Taj Management Training Program, Pandey gained valuable experience working at several prestigious Taj properties, including Vivanta by Taj Whitefield and Taj Mahal New Delhi.
