Prashant Jha

Prashant Jha has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Director of Food and Beverage at Taj Hotels since November 2025, where responsibilities include leading all food and beverage operations and achieving revenue, profit, and cost targets. Previously, Prashant worked at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited from July 2015 to October 2025, holding roles such as Operations Manager and Food and Beverage Manager, focusing on enhancing guest experiences and overseeing daily operations. Prior to that, Prashant held various positions at Vivanta by Taj - Fishermans Cove and Taj Lucknow, where duties included managing guest satisfaction and maintaining operational standards. Prashant holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from NSHM College of Management and Technology and completed 10+2 in Mathematics from RK College Madhubani.
