S Pradhan has a strong background in Supply Chain Management with experience at various companies. Starting as a Production Engineer at Hindustan Zinc Limited in 2005, they then moved on to roles such as Business Analyst at WNS Global Services in 2012 and Consultant at ITC Infotech in 2010. Currently, S Pradhan holds the position of Chief Manager - Planning (SCM) at Indian Immunologicals Limited since April 2022, following previous roles as Sr. Manager and Manager in Planning (Supply Chain) within the same company.
S Pradhan completed a B.Tech in Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela in 2004. Later, in 2010, they graduated with an MBA in International Business, Operations & Finance from Gitam Institute of International Business. Additionally, S Pradhan holds a certification in Certified Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) from APICS.

Human health division manufactures a range of pediatric and adult vaccines. IIL also provides immunization services through its franchisee Abhay Clinics.
