Sanjeev Jha

Sanjeev Jha is currently an Engineer Trainee at the Indian Institute of Astrophysics, specializing in the modeling and simulation of the stressed mirror polishing process for TMT mirror segments since October 2022. Prior to this role, Sanjeev served as a Research Trainee at Paras Defence & Space Technologies Ltd. from July 2021 to August 2022, contributing to a Master of Technology project focused on the design, analysis, and optimization of lens mounting techniques for cryogenic applications. Sanjeev holds a Master of Technology in Optical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (2020-2022) and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (2013-2017).
