Subhadeep Paladhi

Subhadeep Paladhi is an Assistant Professor at the Indian Institute of Technology, Indore since April 2023, with prior experience as a Research Associate at the University of Strathclyde and the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. Paladhi's research focuses on stability analysis, protection, and coordinated control of networked microgrids, emphasizing adaptive network protection under various conditions. Paladhi has held multiple positions, including Senior Research Fellow and Junior Research Fellow, where work involved integrating renewable energy and addressing network protection issues. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, an MTech in Power Systems from the National Institute of Technology Calicut, and a BEng in Electrical Engineering from the University Institute of Technology, The University of Burdwan.
