Gaurav Doley

Gaurav Doley is an experienced professional in project management, currently serving as Deputy General Manager Project at Indian Oil Corporation Limited since 1999. In this role, Gaurav oversees several significant projects, including the Gujarat Refinery expansion and various chemical projects, all of which have received Stage-1 approval. Previous positions include Senior/Chief Project Manager and Project Manager for multiple refinery initiatives, demonstrating expertise in project execution, contract management, and cost estimation. Gaurav holds an Executive MBA in Competition and Strategy from the International Management Institute and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Jorhat Engineering College.
