Mehul Popalkar

Mehul Popalkar is an accomplished Research and Development professional with a background in polymer chemistry and operations management. Currently serving as an Associate Research Fellow at the Indian Rubber Manufacturers Research Association since February 2024, Mehul previously held roles as a Research and Development Executive at Apcotex Industries Limited from November 2022 to February 2024, and as a Research and Development Chemist at Jay Elastomers Pvt. Ltd. from September 2020 to December 2022. Mehul earned a Master's degree in Industrial Polymer Chemistry from the University of Mumbai (2017-2019), a Postgraduate Diploma in Management with a focus on Operations Management and Supervision from Welingkar Institute of Management (July 2022 - July 2023), and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemistry from Ramnarain Ruia College - Mumbai (June 2014 - April 2017).
