Sandeep Wirkhare has extensive work experience in the finance and banking industry. Sandeep currently holds the position of MD & CEO at Indian School Finance Company Private Limited. Prior to this, they served as an Independent Director & Chief Mentor to the management team at the same company. From 2018 to 2018, Sandeep was the MD & CEO of Aryarth housing finance ltd. Before that, they held the role of CEO & Executive Director at ESSEL FINANCE BUSINESS LOANS LIMITED from 2014 to 2018. Sandeep also worked at Dhanlaxmi Bank Ltd as the Sr Vice President & Head - Retail Assets Credit & Policy from 2010 to 2012. Sandeep was the Group Risk Head - Mortgages, SME & Micro Finance at Reliance Capital from 2007 to 2010. Sandeep's career started at ICICI BANK LIMITED, where they served as the Credit Head - Rural Retail. Sandeep also held the position of Zonal Business Head, Mortgages, North at ICICI Ltd. Sandeep Wirkhare pursued a Bachelor's degree in PCM (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) from Barkatullah Vishwavidyalaya between 1986 and 1993. Following this, they obtained an MBA in Finance from Savitribai Phule Pune University, which was completed from 1992 to 1994.
