Manisha Vinayak Jadhav (Pol Patil) is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fields of data science, analytics, and education. Currently serving as the Founder of Manisha Jadhav Academy since May 2024 and the Chief Executive Officer at DataCrux Insights Pvt. Ltd. since April 2019, Manisha also leads the IWIL-Techsupergirl chapter in Pune. Additionally, a consultant and corporate trainer specializing in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning since March 2016, Manisha has held several significant positions, including as a Data Science Consultant for Syngenta and RGP, and as an Associate Specialist in Technology at Synechron. With a strong educational foundation consisting of a Post Graduate in Business Analytics, Data Science from Symbiosis International University and multiple degrees in Statistics and Education from Savitribai Phule Pune University, Manisha's expertise is further complemented by their experience in project management and corporate training.
