Michelle Kavanaugh

Michelle Kavanaugh, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of HR at Indiana Chamber of Commerce, where Michelle handles employee relations, strategic planning, recruiting, and wellness committee functions. Prior to this role, Michelle was the HR Director at Ossip Optometry, overseeing all HR functions for a workforce of approximately 145 employees. Michelle has also been involved in various HR and volunteer positions at companies such as KeyBank and Mishawaka Federal Savings & Loan. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
