Jennifer Rulon, IPC, CCXP is currently the Director of Customer Experience Strategy at Indiana Farmers Mutual Insurance Company, where Jennifer manages the Voice of the Customer program, leads the cross-functional Vision/CX team, and oversees the call center. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked as a Market Research Analyst at Orbis Education and held various research-related positions at Insight River, Lexmark International, and other companies. Jennifer holds a BA in Mathematics with a minor in Statistics from West Virginia University.
