Karin Kennedy

Karin Kennedy serves as the Vice President of Quality and Patient Safety at the Indiana Hospital Association since May 2012, where also holds the position of Administrative Director for the Indiana Patient Safety Center and works as a Patient Safety and Quality Advisor. Prior to this role, Karin Kennedy was the Vice President of Client Services at Health Care Excel from 2008 to 2012. Karin Kennedy earned a degree from Indiana State University between 1988 and 1994.
