Lisa D. Givan is the VP of Institutional Diversity, Equity, and Belonging & Chief Diversity Officer at Indiana Institute of Technology. Lisa has committed their career to helping organizations create culturally diverse and inclusive workplaces. Lisa is an expert in developing and implementing training programs which educate employees and leadership on how to recognize, accommodate and appreciate individual differences.
