Melissa Bardack

Melissa Bardack is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Instructional Leadership Manager at Indiana Online since September 2021. In this role, Melissa focuses on innovative educational practices and digital learning, leading and mentoring teachers and student support teams to enhance curriculum delivery and foster student engagement. Previous experience includes serving as an Instructional Specialist at Indiana Online, where responsibilities included developing professional learning, onboarding new teachers, and participating in evaluation processes. Prior to Indiana Online, Melissa worked as an Innovation & Media Specialist at Center Grove Community School Corporation and held various teaching positions across multiple districts. Melissa holds a Master of Education in Educational Administration and Supervision from Ball State University and two Bachelor of Education degrees from Purdue University, one in Elementary Education and the other in Reading.
