Heather Webb

Heather Webb, PhD, currently serves as the Dean of Students at Indiana State University since December 2022. Prior to this role, Heather held various positions at Eastern Illinois University from September 2006 to May 2023, including Adjunct Faculty in the Counseling & Higher Education Department and Interim Dean of Students, where responsibilities encompassed leadership in student accountability, support services, and crisis management. Heather also served as Director of Student Accountability & Support, overseeing investigations and case adjudication while managing budgets and training professionals. Other previous roles include Director of Student Standards at Eastern Illinois University and Specialist in Student Rights & Responsibilities at Purdue University. Heather holds a PhD in Higher Education Administration, an MS in Counseling & Development, and a BA in Communication from Purdue University.
