Joyce Thompson-Mills

Joyce Thompson-Mills currently serves as the Executive Director of Legal Services at Indiana State University, a position held since October 2022. Prior to this role, Joyce Thompson-Mills was the Director of the Infractions Appeals Committees and Hearing Operations at the NCAA from November 2018 to October 2022, where responsibilities included developing educational training programs, supporting the Infractions Referral Committee, and maintaining relationships with intercollegiate constituents.
