Edgar Cortes

Edgar Cortes is an experienced production supervisor and mill technician trainer with a strong background in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as a mill technician trainer at Indiana Tube Corporation since March 2022, Edgar oversees control of nonconforming products and various inspections including eddy current and hardness testing. Previous roles include supervising production at Yanfeng Automotive Interiors, Precision Resource, Inc., MAHLE, Stabilus, and Magna International, where responsibilities encompassed production metrics, staff administration, and implementation of process improvements. Edgar holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from tec. Saltillo, obtained between 1998 and 2004.
