Lilah Speca currently serves as the Director of Marketing for Indiana University Dance Marathon, overseeing the development of marketing strategies and managing the organization’s brand through multimedia content. Lilah directs a team of 60 committee members to ensure the execution of marketing activities for eight subcommittees. Previous experience includes a Marketing Internship at Live Nation Entertainment and a Digital Marketing Internship at Seishou - Ikeda & Matsuzaki, where analysis of marketing plans and collaboration on social media content creation were key responsibilities. Lilah is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Marketing and a Minor in Apparel Merchandising at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, expected to graduate in May 2025.
