Aki Puryear

Aki Puryear, MD, MHA, MS, FAOA is a highly accomplished pediatric orthopaedic surgeon specializing in spine and limb deformities. Currently serving as the George J. Garceau Professor of Pediatric Orthopaedics and Professor of Clinical Orthopaedic Surgery at Indiana University Health since September 2022, Aki also holds an adjunct professor position at Saint Louis University, where Aki has contributed in various roles including Vice Chair of Orthopaedic Operations and Professor since December 2004. Aki's educational background includes a Doctor of Medicine from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, a Master of Health Administration in Healthcare Analytics, and a Master of Science, all from Saint Louis University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
