Emily Hendrickson

Emily Hendrickson, MHA, serves as the Project Coordinator for Human Resource Operations at Indiana University Health, where responsibilities include managing an employee wellness program for over 36,000 employees, analyzing feedback to enhance engagement, and collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver effective wellness programs. Previously, Emily held the role of Administrative Coordinator at IU Health Plans, where tasks involved producing PowerBI dashboards and facilitating training for over 300 employees. Experience also includes an MHA internship at IntraDiagnostics, focusing on Joint Commission survey preparation and employee onboarding, along with earlier administrative roles at Companion Care Company and The Community Foundation of Grant County, Indiana, Inc.
