Kathy Collier

Kathy Collier has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Kathy began their career as a Staff Therapist, Supervisor, and Pulmonary Consultant/Rehabilitation Coordinator at St. Vincent Health, where they conducted therapeutic and diagnostic procedures, educated patients and families, and managed staff assignments and resources. Kathy then transitioned to Indiana University Health, where they held the roles of Clinical Informaticist and Team Lead, specializing in Oracle Cerner Applications. In these positions, Kathy developed and instructed training sessions, analyzed clinical workflows, and collaborated with department management to drive clinical process change initiatives. Additionally, they served as a Registered Respiratory Therapist/Supervisor/Educator, conducting therapeutic and diagnostic procedures and instructing physicians and staff.
