Stefany Ross

Stefany Ross has over three years of work experience. Stefany started their career as a Graduate Administrative Resident at UCHealth in 2017. In 2018, they joined Indiana University Health as an Administrative Fellow in System Operations. Stefany then became the Interim Chief of Staff for the South Central Region before their current role as the Director of Organizational Excellence & Alignment in System Operations. Prior to these positions, Stefany worked as a Project/Program Manager for the OSU Health Plan at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.

Stefany Ross has a Master of Health Administration degree in Health Services Management and Policy from The Ohio State University. Stefany also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Management & Policy from Indiana University Bloomington. Additionally, they participated in a Semester Abroad program at King's College London, focusing on Public Health.
