Currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Innovation and Strategy Officer at Indiana Wesleyan University, Tod also holds roles as Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President for External Affairs. As a co-founder of Linden Hill Group, Tod provides consulting expertise to enhance marketing and strategic planning for startups and mid-sized organizations.
