Ellen Hurley

Ellen Hurley is an experienced attorney currently serving as Associate General Counsel for the Indianapolis Airport Authority since August 2017. Prior roles include Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Indianapolis, Contract Appeals Attorney for the Marion County Public Defender Agency, and Attorney at Hurley & Hurley, P.C. Additionally, Ellen has contributed to various legal and community organizations, such as serving as a Committee Member for the Indiana Judges and Lawyers Assistance Program. Ellen began legal training at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, earning a JD in 2008. Early career experiences include roles as a Corporation Counsel for the City of Lawrence, Grants Writer for the Health & Hospital Corporation of Marion County, and various positions, including legal internships and office management.
