Nicholle Duncan, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Nicholle is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at FreshEdge, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at FreshEdge from October 2021 to December 2022. Before joining FreshEdge, Nicholle worked as the Director of Human Resources at Piazza Produce and Indianapolis Fruit Company starting from August 2013. Nicholle also worked as a Human Resources Partner at Mercer from September 2012 to July 2013. Earlier in their career, Nicholle gained extensive experience as a Human Resources Manager at Integrated Combat Systems, Inc. from July 2001 to September 2012. Nicholle also had a role as a Human Resources Intern at WHAS-TV from August 2000 to December 2000. Additionally, Nicholle volunteered as a Youth Travel Volleyball Head Coach for various clubs, including South Louisville Volleyball Club, from November 1998 to August 2011.
Nicholle Duncan, SHRM-CP holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Indiana University Southeast. Nicholle also completed a program in Business Administration from Spalding University. In addition, they obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in 2008.
