Mariya Townsel

Mariya Townsel, M.Ed., BCBA, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with extensive experience in the field of behavior analysis. Currently working at Indianapolis Public Schools since October 2024, Mariya previously held similar positions at Magical Moments ABA and STEPPING STONES BEHAVIORAL SOLUTIONS, LLC, where responsibilities included training Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), assisting with treatment and behavior support plans, and utilizing behavior tracking software. Early career roles include Clinical Apprentice at LittleStar ABA Therapy and Behavior Specialist at Access Behavioral Solutions, where Mariya developed skills in writing treatment plans and supporting clients in various settings. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Foundations of Behavior Analysis from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Indianapolis.
